What does it cost to list?+
Nothing to join and nothing to list. EdenRoute earns a commission only on confirmed bookings.
What is the commission?+
The standard commission is 12% of the booking value. The first 50 hosts lock in a founder rate of 10% for your first year.
How and when do I get paid?+
Guests pay EdenRoute at checkout via Razorpay. Your share is forwarded to the UPI ID or bank account on your payout profile after the booking is confirmed.
Can I keep using Airbnb and Booking.com?+
Yes. Connect their iCal feeds and EdenRoute keeps your availability in sync so the same dates are never sold twice.
Who can list a property?+
Any property owner or authorised manager who can complete KYC and a bank verification. You list one property per host account today.
How do cancellations and refunds work?+
Each booking carries a clear cancellation policy. Approved refunds are issued back through Razorpay automatically; your payout reflects the final amount.
